We have three geese and one gander. He can get quite aggressive during the breeding season. Eggs are available for sale at the Cheese and Grain in Frome on Thursday mornings. If you have never tried one for breakfast you will not know what you are missing.
The flock consists of three geese and one gander. They have a mixture of poultry corn and layers pellets for breakfast and again for supper. They are good grazers, but they also like to chew at stringy objects so must be kept away from motorbikes and tractors to prevent them from cutting cables!
